The Catalyst Publicity Group & Keep A Breast have teamed up to release Yuletides & Stage Dives, a donation based compilation with all proceeds going to the Keep A Breast Foundation. Bands on the compilation include A Loss For Words, This Century, Driver Friendly, Balance and Composure, Pentimento, Bad Rabbits, and more.
The Used will headline the 2013 Take Action Tour with support from We Came As Romans, Crown The Empire, and Mindflow. In addition to the tour, Sub City/Hopeless Records will release Take Action Volume 11 on January 8th.
Interscope Geffen A&M announced that John Janick has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Janick co-founded Fueled By Ramen and was also co-president of Elektra Records

The All-American Rejects will be heading out across North America this spring in support of their upcoming album Kids In The Street, due out March 26th.
The Baby Grand are in the studio this week recording their as-of-yet untitled new album with Scott Robinson at Sonic Sweets Studio. The album is set to be released late this March.
Music powerhouse Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is bidding to buy part of Warner Music Group Corp., according to people familiar with the matter, a move that could combine under one roof the world’s third-largest recorded-music company with the biggest concert promoter, artist-management firm and events-ticketing operation. Live Nation is interested in Warner’s recorded-music operation, not its music publishing division, according to the people familiar with the matter. Hoping to quell the increasing excitement for the band’s first new music in over three years, Yellowcard have instead poured gasoline on the flames by releasing the new song “For You, And Your Denial” which is streaming exclusively on AbsolutePunk and is up for sale on iTunes and Amazon.
