Hardcore three-piece Drain have released their boisterous cover of the Descendents’ 1985 single “Good Good Things” via Epitaph Records. The classic punk-rock track which assisted in launching the Descendents into fame was featured on their sophomore album I Don’t Want to Grow Up. Drain’s rendition of “Good Good Things” captures a similar essence as the Descendents’ version, albeit with a more modern punk twist that showcases vocalist Sammy Ciaramitaro’s melodic prowess. Lewis Capaldi sat down with The Times and unfortunately spoke about how his health issues may lead to him quitting music for good. One of the struggles he deals with is Tourette’s Syndrome. He shared with The Times, “My tic is getting quite bad on stage now. I’m trying to get on top of that. If I can’t, I’m fucked. It’s easier when I play guitar, but I hate playing guitar. Today, rock legends, Incubus, surprised fans with a massive 29-date US summer tour announcement alongside Badflower and Paris Jackson. The news comes just a few weeks after the band announced a string of UK tour dates that will kick off on June 1 in Berlin, Germany. Following their summer tour dates in the UK and US, Incubus will also be performing at Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, CA on Oct. 5 and headlining a special performance on Oct. 6 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles with Action Bronson and Paris Jackson. Boygenius has been making us unproductive with all of their work they’re putting out. Currently we’re blaming our lack of work on the record, but now we also have the film. After releasing their first full length album, the record, they’ve given us a 15 minute short film for their songs “$20,” “Emily I’m Sorry,” and “True Blue.” To make the deal even sweeter, the piece was directed by Kristen Stewart.
