This track serves as the third collaboration with boygenius‘ own Bridgers behind “This Isn’t Helping” and “Your Mind Is Not Your Friend.” The National tapped the artists behind Bob’s Burgers to bring “Laugh Track” to life with a unique animation style via 3D animator Adam Phillips and director Bernard Derriman. There’s one last party in the Sunshine State this year, and it’s going to be pretty emo. Emo Social, run by Dashboard Confessional drummer Chris Kamrada, announced a packed line-up to grace the Florida lands. The event goes down on December 16 at Wall Street Plaza in Orlando, FL, and boasts an emo legend act and trending pop-punk and alternative artists. Believe it or not, Bring Me The Horizon‘s iconic 2013 album Sempiternal is having its 10th birthday. To celebrate a decade of hits such as “Can You Feel My Heart” and “Shadow Moses,” the band is doing a limited reissue of vinyl and cassettes. All Sempiternal reissues will come out on December 8, and can currently be pre-ordered at their merch store, on Amazon, and on Crash Records’ site. I met her when I was in my old band The Bigger Lights, she would come on the road with us from time to time and help sell merch, and was just an all around good hang. I had her come by the studio when she had a little down time from tour managing a Drag Queen tour and for her to tell me how she got her start in the industry that led her to where she is today!
