Universal Music Group said Tuesday it reached a deal to buy DreamWorks Records, the music unit of the entertainment company formed by film and music moguls Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The purchase is expected to be completed early next year, subject to regulatory approval. The Black Eyed Peas will be going on tour with Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera beginning June 4 in Phoenix and finishing up in St. Paul on August 24. There are now four peas in the pod, with the addition of female vocalist, Fergie. They will also be headlining club dates on their own throughout the tour. The surprise, instead, came near the end of his 70-minute show, which kicked off the Eminem-headlined Anger Management Tour on Thursday.
