Paramore gambles on raw emotions


There’s a certain serendipity to Paramore’s opening slot on the upcoming and much-anticipated No Doubt return tour. Fans of the latter might remember the video for “Don’t Speak,” where No Doubt’s three male members look daggers at bejeweled frontwoman Gwen Stefani as they’re cropped out of a magazine shoot. A similar thing might have happened over the last two years to Paramore. Paramore tackles friendships on forthcoming LP


Paramore will release the follow-up to their breakout album Riot! in September, the band’s label confirmed yesterday. “We made a record that is exactly what we set out to make,” fiery frontwoman Hayley Williams said on the band’s LiveJournal page. “There’s fast, there’s slow, and in between… happy, angry, desperate and over it. Dolly Parton and Måneskin Collab On “Jolene” For ‘Rockstar’ Bonus Track


As if Dolly Parton launching a 30-track rock album on November 17 wasn’t exciting enough, the artist recently released even more bonus tracks. Parton teamed up with Italy’s own Måneskin for a reimagining of the iconic “Jolene.” On November 19, Parton took to Instagram to post a behind-the-scenes video of the new rock version of “Jolene.” On top of working with one of music’s most legendary stars, Måneskin also shared a new music video during the holiday week for “TRASTEVERE” on November 23. Bamboozle Is Cancelled One Week Out From Its Return


Just one week out from the glorious return of Bamboozle Festival after a 10-year hiatus, the festival has announced its decision to cancel the May 5-7 event. This year’s 2023 fest would mark Bamboozle Festival’s 20th anniversary and had scheduled performances from some of the largest names across an array of genres. Today the festival deleted their twitter account, along with all posts on their Instagram. In regards to the cancellation, they quickly uploaded a statement to instagram.
