Miley Cyrus took a break from shooting “The Last Song” on the Georgia coast by borrowing a guitar and treating fans to an impromptu, two-song performance on the patio of a beachside seafood restaurant. “By the time she finished the first song, there must have been 50 little girls and their moms who came rushing up,” said Ray Rogers, owner of StingRay’s restaurant on Tybee Island. Fangirls, police out in full force for Peru JoBros' gig


The memo on waning Jonas Brothers mania apparently has yet to reach Lima, Peru. Miley Cyrus hopes to start a dance craze

Jonas Brothers announce world tour dates


LOS ANGELES (Billboard) —  Nearly two weeks after the premiere of Disney’s “Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Concert” film, the sibling music act has unveiled dates for a world tour. The 44-date North American leg begins June 20 at the Dallas Cowboys New Stadium in Texas and wraps Aug. 31 at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa. Before the North American arena dates, the Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009 will play a handful of dates in South America in mid-May and head to the United Kingdom and Europe in early June. Advance tickets for 3D Jonas Brothers experience on sale


Advance tickets for the limited engagement of Walt Disney Pictures’ “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience” will go on sale starting February 6. More than $5 million paid for TV inaugural events


Television networks paid more than $5 million for exclusive rights to show events surrounding President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration, including Sunday’s Lincoln Memorial concert and the Neighborhood Ball where Beyonce will serenade the new first couple.Nearly half the money, $2.5 million, will be paid by HBO. Jonas Brothers aim to record with Kanye West


The Jonas Brothers want to work with Elvis –the  wannabe Elvis, that is. Nick Jonas revealed at yesterday’s American Music Awards that he and his singing siblings think they may have a future in hip-hop. “We think Kanye [West]’s new record sounded really cool, so that’s someone,”  Nick said when asked who they’d like to team up with.
