“Apple Shuts Down iTunes” *gasp* “Apple Closes iTunes” *big eye emoji face* “NO MORE ITUNES FOR YOU” – wait, what? Apple announced on May 31st that iTunes will be replaced by three separate desktop apps: one for podcasts, one for music, and one for TV. So while the statement that Apple will “shut down” iTunes is true, it’s more correct to say the application/store will be replaced by a suite of—likely more efficient—apps. The award for ‘Most Punk Rock Parenting Move EVER’ goes to Charlie Winter. Sunday, June 2nd, Paige Winter, Charlie’s Daughter was attacked by a shark while swimming at beautiful Fort Macon State Park in North Carolina. In an effort to free his daughter, the Marine, Fire Fighter, and Paramedic punched the shark repeatedly. TOUGHEST DAD EVER. First responders worked together on the beach to help Paige then she was flown by helicopter to the hospital where she is recovering from life-saving measures and the loss of her leg.
