After a long, long wait, Chiodos have finally announced their new album DEVIL (not to be confused with the Lydia album of the same name). It’ll be out on April 1st through Razor and Tie, and it’ll be the band’s first album after announcing their original lineup had gotten back together in 2012. They’ve added Thomas Erak (ex-The Fall of Troy) to the band as well, and the album will be out through Razor & Tie imprint drk/lght records. You Blew It! have done a great job with this release, but the album shows off the potential they have to do better. The Florida quintet impresses their audience with a heavy energy and lyrics that push towards a darker side.
2013 was the year of the reunion, with everyone from Fall Out Boy to Knapsack teaming back up with their old bandmates, whether it was for a one-off anniversary tour or a full-blown comeback.
