XM Satellite Radio will broadcast “The Concert for New York City,” featuring dozens of the biggest names in entertainment, live at 7 pm Saturday on both its VH1 and “Special X” channels. “XM is proud to carry VH1 among its 100 channels of amazing radio, and proud to broadcast Saturday’s benefit concert for New York City,” said XM President and CEO Hugh Panero. ‘NSync was the top musical act at the seventh annual Blockbuster Entertainment Awards Tuesday (April 10) night at L.A.’s Shrine Auditorium, winning Favorite CD (No Strings Attached), Favorite Single (“Bye, Bye, Bye”), and Favorite Pop Group. The major music categories were mostly split, however, with a poodle-haired Christina Aguilera snagging Favorite Female Artist, Eminem taking Favorite Male Artist, and Destiny’s Child walking off with Favorite Group of the Year. Following the release of his nine-minute opus, “Hello Heaven, Hello,” YUNGBLUD, aka Dominic Harrison, is turning up the volume—literally—with “Lovesick Lullaby.” He shares in a statement, “Making this song was a fucking party and you can hear that on the recording. YUNGBLUD, aka artist Dominic Harrison, just dropped his first new music of 2025, “Hello Heaven, Hello.” The track is accompanied by a nine-minute long music video featuring everything from nostalgia-inducing classic rock guitar solos to optimistic acoustic strums. There’s good news, and there’s bad news for I Prevail fans. The bad news is that lead singer Brian Burkheiser needs a little extra time at home to recover from surgery. The Grammy nominations for the 2024 Awards Show dropped on November 10, and it’s clear that boygenius are beloved in both the alternative world and overall pop culture zeitgeist.
