On August 7 Jive Records will release Oh Aaron, the follow up album to Aaron Carter’s multiplatinum Aaron’s Party (Come Get It). This thirteen year old pop phenomenon’s Jive debut, Aaron’s Party (Come Get It), peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart. “Oh Aaron,” the first single from the album of the same name, features a video directed by Andrew MacNaughtan. LFO, Jon Secada, Aaron Carter and the Monkees will help Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough raise money for his lupus foundation in his hometown of Orlando, Florida, on June 1. Bringing together pop stars from every decade since the ’60s, the concert at Hard Rock Live will also feature performances by Youngstown, Deborah Gibson, the Pointer Sisters and Rascal Flatts. For one day only, the Smirnoff Music Centre, a 20,000-seat venue in Dallas, won’t be using the name that the Ste. Pierre Smirnoff company purchased last year, according to an arena spokesperson.
