Britney Spears’ shutterbug ex-beau, Adnan Ghalib, has turned in his handgun to comply with a restraining order her lawyers took out against him, E! News has learned. Ghalib had a license to carry a Hi-Point C-9mm, but per court papers filed Wednesday, he sold it to a gun shop after a Los Angeles judge signed off on an order barring him from having any contact with Spears. LOS ANGELES — Britney Spears’ father testified for nearly 90 minutes Monday about why he felt a long-term restraining order should be issued against three people, including the singer’s former manager and an ex-boyfriend. Jamie Spears was the first witness to testify in the restraining order case, and it did little to establish direct contact between Osama “Sam” Lutfi and his daughter since a conservatorship was established a year ago. Pop star Britney Spears plans to set the record straight about her personal and professional woes in a documentary to be aired shortly before the release of her new album "Circus" in December. Two photographers suspected of loitering on city-owned property near Britney Spears’ home were arrested Monday. Alexandre Passos of Canoga Park and Eduardo Ravalha of Los Angeles, both 35 years old, were arrested around 6 p.m. Monday after being warned to leave an access road near Mulholland Drive and Coldwater Canyon Avenue, police spokeswoman April Harding said. The road is near the exclusive gated neighborhood that Britney Spears and other celebrities, including Ed McMahon, call home. Ravalha’s car was also impounded, Harding said.
