Nova Twins have returned with their first new single in two years titled “Monsters.”
“‘Monsters’ is about awakening to and understanding your mental health,” the duo shares. “Growing up, we often look outward, absorbing what life throws at us. Over time, the good and bad experiences start to settle. Before learning to navigate these feelings, you may face self-loathing, anxiety, and a fear of who you’ve become. Confronting these emotions, breathing through them, and opening up to someone can help. Many people struggle with mental health, and this song aims to show vulnerability and let our audience know they’re not alone.”
Nova Twins will be performing for the NAAM Wildfire Benefit later this week as well as the BRITs Week in Support of War Child in February.
