With Coachella 2026 officially in the books, the focus has already shifted to what’s next. The festival will return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California across April 9-11 and April 16-18, 2027, with advance passes going on sale next Friday, May 1 at 11 AM PT.
While the 2026 festival was stacked with an almost overwhelming run of guest moments—whether it was the KPop Demon Hunters’ film group Huntrix crossing into the desert, Olivia Rodrigo debuting “Drop Dead” while popping up with Addison Rae, Sabrina Carpenter bringing out the Queen of Pop Madonna during weekend two, or Justin Bieber turning things soft with a surprise moment alongside longtime Belieber Billie Eilish—the festival also carved out real space for alternative acts in a way that didn’t feel like an afterthought. Turnstile pulled one of the most talked-about sets of the entire weekend, The Strokes showed up and reminded everyone why their influence still runs that deep, and The Smashing Pumpkins’ frontman Billy Corgan stepping out with Sombr for “1979” landed as one of those rare crossover moments that actually stuck.
For 2027, ticket pricing will follow the familiar tiered rollout. Three-day GA passes start at $599 for weekend one and $549 for weekend two, with increases expected as sales continue. VIP passes begin at $1,299 and $1,249, respectively, and payment plans will be available starting at $49 down, allowing fans to spread costs through January 2027. As always, the lineup remains under wraps for now, with an announcement likely to land sometime between fall 2026 and early 2027.
