After teasing the arrival of their new single, UK stalwarts Architects have unleashed their latest offering, “Blackhole.” Marking their first release of 2025 and their fourth single from their forthcoming full-length album, The Sky, The Earth & All Between, the new single arrives with an ominous and strikingly catastrophic accompanying music video.
Frontman Sam Carter shares in a press release, “So excited to have ‘Blackhole’ out, it’s one of my favourite songs from the album. The video is equally as intense as the song. We filmed the video at such a wild location and we really are at the top of those buildings that you see. This is Architects at our most ferocious.”
Matching that ferocious energy, watch the apocalyptic official video below.
Written by Carter, drummer Dan Searle, and producer Jordan Fish (formerly of Bring Me The Horizon), the boisterous track was mixed and mastered by Zakk Cervini. The 12-track record, The Sky, The Earth & All Between, is set for release on February 28 via Epitaph Records. It will include previously released singles “Curse,” “Seeing Red,” “Whiplash,” and “Blackhole,” as well as features with House Of Protection and Amira Elfeky.
