[Roe Kapara at the idobi Studios]

Roe Kapara exploded out of nowhere in the last year. His approach to music is all encompassing, creating a universe in which his songs exist to compliment each other. From his visuals, and lyricism, to his style, and instrumentation, it is a full package. Roe Kapara has crafted a world drenched in nostalgia. Every release is clever and calculated. You might recognize him from the internet as the stoic guy with the guitar in front of an old TV playing vintage VHS tapes. His delivery and charismatic nature is captivating.

Earlier this year, Roe Kapara shared his Epitaph Records debut with the EP, I Hope Hell Isn’t Real. He stopped into the idobi studio to give us a special and exclusive performance of his popular track, “Everyone’s Dying (Grandma’s Drunk Again)“. Watch has he transports viewers and listeners into his careful creation of sound and emotion.
