Toronto-based artist ThxSoMch has released a brand new single “Crumbled” today, along with the announcement of his upcoming EP Sleez, out May 19th via Elektra. Sleez will include his previously released singles “Hate.”, “Keep It Tucked”, and “Caroline”, as well as his breakout hit “SPIT IN MY FACE!”. Released in the fall of 2022, the Platinum-certified track has already amassed over 330 million streams and charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Fans can presave the new EP from ThxSoMch here.

With over six million monthly listeners on Spotify, ThxSoMch has gained quite the momentum recently. His new song “Crumbled” is a strange mix of alt-pop and indie-rock, with strained, scream-like vocals over a driving pop beat. It works. It is unique and definitely interesting. When the song first kicks off, you may expect a soft, somber vocal to partner with the dreamy instrumentation, but ThxSoMch offers up something very different. The vocal delivery is distorted, aggressive, and certainly full of emotion – making the track feel like something entirely fresh.

Along with the new track, he has shared a new visual that nods to the execution of a found-footage film. Shaky, hand-held camera shots overlaid with an intense glitch effect make the video feel like a mixture of a Thrasher era skate compilation and the Project X movie. Check out the EP cover art, tracklist and music video below!
