We are still PRAYING for a full Cobra Starship reunion, especially after last night when the iconic duo joined Fall Out Boy onstage.
After joining William Beckett and The Academy Is… co. on stage to bring it for the When We Were Young Fest crowd in October 2023 with back-to-back surprise performances of “Snakes On A Plane (Bring It),” Gabe Saporta has done it again. Except this time, he’s had a little help from his Cobra Starship partner in crime, Vicky T, on their 2009 track “Good Girls Go Bad.”
Their latest reunion collaboration unfolded on stage at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA, where the Cobra Starship duo, joined Fall Out Boy on their headline tour, unleashed the contagious energy of “Good Girls Go Bad,” which enticed a massive sing-along moment that was sent rippling through the audience. Originally featuring the talents of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester, Saporta shared at the time of the track’s release that he wanted to have Meester featured since the track embodied her GG character, Blair Waldorf. With Cobra Starship joining Fall Out Boy last night, their performance reignited the song’s fiery spirit and gave all of us elder emos a double dose of well-deserved nostalgia.
