After weeks of teasers and subtle hints, As It Is has officially confirmed their return!
On August 22, social media buzzed with excitement as fans noticed signs of the band’s comeback, including new logo placements across their social media channels. Earlier in the month, former vocalist and guitarist Ben Langford-Biss updated his X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram bios to include @asitisofficial, fueling additional speculation. Then, on August 30, Langford-Biss stirred more anticipation and rumors by posting a black-and-white As It Is logo, sending fans into a frenzy.
Now, the group shares across their social platforms, “NEVER HAPPY, BACK TOGETHER.”

They continue, “Through over a decades worth of ups and downs we had each other, and we’re back to celebrate that with you. There’s still some spark in us yet.
There will be more to come over the coming weeks but for now, thank you for sticking by us through thick and thin whilst we took our time to work out how to preserve the life and the spirit of this band that means so much to so many people. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you.
See you in 2025”
Fans and fellow musicians alike have shared their excitement for the group’s pending return. Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens exclaimed, “Yes!” while Real Friends simply said, “Nice.” Maxx Danziger of Set It Off wrote, “LFGGGGGGGGGG,” and NOAHFINNCE added, “WOOOOO.”
Additionally, the group is working on launching a new website. However, it has been updated since the announcement yesterday on September 2. Previously, when visiting www.asitis.store, viewers would see a full-page band photo featuring the band’s logo. Below it, you can see the years 2012-2022, though, duct tape covered in question marks covers the year 2022.
