With the long-awaited official return of the Vans Warped Tour just around the corner, anticipation is at an all-time high as fans eagerly speculate about who will take the stage for the festival’s monumental 30th anniversary. Marking its first shows since 2019, Warped Tour 2025 will once again break from its traditional cross-country trek, instead hosting three massive weekend events across the U.S. This year’s stops include Washington, D.C., at the RFK Campus festival grounds on June 14-15; Long Beach, CA, at Shoreline Waterfront on July 26-27; and Orlando, FL at Camping World Stadium Campus on November 15-16.
With the official lineup rollout set for Monday, January 27, according to a countdown on the official Warped Tour website, excitement is mounting as fans speculate on which bands will make the cut. As we gear up for the six highly-anticipated dates, we’ve put together our 18 artist predictions for Warped Tour 2025—because if history has taught us anything, it’s that Warped always delivers the unexpected.
The Interrupters
The Interrupters previously performed at Warped Tour in 2016 and several dates in 2018 as they gained momentum in the ska and punk scene—arguably the crux of Warped Tour’s 1995 launch. The festival posted a throwback video earlier this week of the group performing in 2016 with the caption, “we’re fighters in the pit.”
Noelle Sucks
While Noelle Sucks is a relatively newer artist that hasn’t had the opportunity to perform at Warped Tour due to its hiatus, she has secured spots at various Emo Nite LA events as well as the closing date of the 2024 idobi Radio Summer School Tour in Anaheim, CA. At the end of 2024, the festival posted a goofy video with her, indicating that perhaps she would be joining the lineup this summer.
Simple Plan
As Warped Tour veterans and now a mainstay name on When We Were Young Fest since its debut in 2022, Simple Plan is a must-have legacy act for the Warped Tour 30 Years lineup. The group regularly comments on Warped Tour’s content on Instagram and even participated in the Warped Tour Confessionals held in Las Vegas, NV, last fall.
Cobra Starship
With the official return of Cobra Starship last year, Gabe Saporta and co. have been making their way across the festival and emo event circuit, from When We Were Young to Emo Nite Day. With so much momentum behind the “Good Girls Go Bad” group, it would be a shame not to see their name on the Warped lineup in 2025.
Chiodos
Another legacy act that reunited in 2024 at the When We Were Young Fest, Chiodos has regularly commented on Warped Tour’s posts on Instagram since October. The Craig Owens-led group performed a show-stopping set at WWWY and is gearing up to embark on a massive reunion anniversary tour this spring. It’s only fitting that they would also join Warped Tour this year.
Saosin
After a series of massively successful headliner shows, festival spots, and hitting the road with Hawthorne Heights last year, Saosin seems in their best form. Last year, during WWWY weekend, the group shared details about their very Italian rider with Warped Tour fans. If Saosin isn’t performing at least one Warped Tour date, we’ve all been bamboozled.
Royal And The Serpent
One of the best pieces of Warped Tour content of the year was watching Royal And The Serpent phone Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz (another Warped alumni) play a prank on him. While this writer would do just about anything to see Fall Out Boy hit the Warped stage one more time, it seems unlikely. However, it does seem likely that Royal will take to the Warped stage for the first time in her career. Screaming “ONE NATION UNDERDOGS” as a collective seems like the catharsis we all need right about now.
Avenged Sevenfold
While hoping to see Avenged Sevenfold make their return to Warped Tour for the first time in nearly 20 years seems like a reach, it’s really not. AX7 performed at the festival a whopping five summers: in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 (arguably the greatest year of the Warped Tour ever), and 2007. Warped’s Instagram shared a throwback video of the group performing “Almost Easy” in 2007, and we’d like to go on believing this was a sign of their imminent return.
Real Friends
After growing in popularity out of the Chicago pop-punk scene, Real Friends went on to perform at Warped Tour in 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2018. While the festival hasn’t shared any content with the group, Real Friends has been actively engaging in Warped content on Instagram. That may seem like the thinnest throughline, but Real Friends just makes sense on the Warped lineup, especially after releasing their incredible full-length album, Blue Hour, in October.
TX2
If you’re not familiar with TX2, then where have you been over the last 2-3 years? After blowing up on TikTok, penning a deal with Hopeless Records, and consistently citing various Warped alumni as influences, performing at Warped Tour would probably mark off a major bucket-list moment for the growing artist. Not to mention, he’s recently worked on social media content with the festival, so this seems like a “duh” moment that’ll surely come to fruition.
Melrose Avenue
Recently having inked a deal with Hopeless Records, Aussie darlings Melrose Avenue are another artist you can bet your bottom dollar on seeing at Warped Tour this year. While in Vegas to experience WWWY, the group created some spoof content with the festival, which feels like a clear-cut indication that we’ll see them performing on at least one Warped date. My money is on the California date.
Cassadee Pope/Hey Monday
Legendary pit reporter Tori Kravitz tried her damnedest to get spoilers for all of the fans buzzing over the Warped Tour lineup. To no avail, we did enjoy seeing Hey Monday’s Cassadee Pope and Silverstein’s Shane Told “kidnapped” with a reusable tote bag pulled over their heads. These two were clearly sworn to secrecy, so it’s basically a guarantee that we’ll see Pope and Silverstein at Warped Tour. The only questions that remain are: What date will they perform? And will Pope be performing as a solo artist or reprising her role as the frontwoman of Hey Monday again as she did at WWWY?
Silverstein
Another shout-out to Silverstein and Tori Kravitz. See y’all on the Warped Tour 30 years circuit.
Story Of The Year
In a goofy video with artists from Story Of The Year, 3OH!3, and August Burns Red, it seems likely that we’ll see these three acts at Warped Tour this year. It’s time for our collective scream: “UNTIL THE DAY I DIE!!!”
3OH!3
Having performed at six Warped Tour dates in the span of 10 years, including the final cross-country run in 2018, it’s clear that 3OH!3 is a legendary act to the festival and its fans. Make it happen, Kev. We need 3OH!3OH!3OH!3 at Warped Tour 2025.
August Burns Red
August Burns Red is another legendary act that has graced the Warped Tour stage SEVEN times. They seem a likely choice to perform at the Washington D.C. date, and truth be told, we need to see guitarist JB Brubaker rocking some skinny jeans and flip-flops on stage again.
Sleeping With Sirens
Hitting Warped Tour for the first time in 2012 after their debut album blew up in the scene two years prior, Sleeping With Sirens have been actively engaging with the festival across Instagram. This might seem like a small indicator to hang on to, but you know what they say: If you can’t hang, then there’s the door, baby.
A Day To Remember
And finally! The most likely headliner for the Florida dates is none other than A Day To Remember. While they have performed at Warped Tour six times in the past, the festival launched their return with a celebratory video soundtracked to ADTR’s “The Downfall Of Us All” (one of the definitive scene/Warped Tour anthems). The group hasn’t posted with or about the festival, but with such a close bond to the fest’s history, this reunion is screaming to happen.
