Lancaster’s very own August Burns Red have officially revealed that they are gearing up to release their new album, Season Of Surrender, due on June 5 via Fearless Records. After revealing the lineup for their annual Christmas Burns Red holiday weekend concert series in September, August Burns Red has just added one final addition to the already stacked lineup: Invent Animate. Invent Animate is set to appear on the first night alongside acts Currents, Callous Daoboys, and beyond. The event is set to take place on both December 12 and 13 in their hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at Freedom Hall in the Lancaster County Convention Center. August Burns Red and Our Last Night teamed up to deliver a heavy-rock cover of twenty one pilots‘ “Heathens.” The OG track from the pop-rock duo came out in 2016 for the Suicide Squad soundtrack and is their second most-streamed song on Spotify behind breakout single, “Stressed Out.” Check out the heavy cover below. August Burns Red just dropped a full-throttle new track, “Exhumed,” via ABR Records. Harkening back to their early hardcore faves, this song will make any heavy music fan a little nostalgic. On the heels of their latest full-length collection, Death Below, August Burns Red has announced the 10 year anniversary tour to celebrate their 2013 album release, Rescue & Restore. The tour will kick off on November 10 in Massachusetts with Brand Of Sacrifice, Spite, and Crystal Lake acting as support.
