Ash Costello — New Years Day

Ash Costello of New Years Day is the real-life Living Dead Girl and embodies the Halloween season 365 days a year with her gothic fashion and horror movie-inspired looks.

Hair: it wouldn’t be an Ash Costello costume without the half-red and half-black wig!

Makeup: In Ash’s day-to-day life, she seems to opt for more natural makeup with winged eyeliner and pink lipstick. However, if you are aiming for Ash’s signature stage look, black eyeshadow and a smokey eye are a must! You can make the look extra bold with matte burgundy, black, or bright red lipstick. The choice is yours!

Wardrobe: Ash is always spotted in an all-black outfit. She gravitates toward latex, mesh, and faux leather materials and is often wearing black high-waisted leggings and crop tops. You can add extra structure and style by accessorizing with a corset, buckles, or silver chains.

Shoes: Black boots are a necessity! They can be simple combat boots, thigh-high boots, or anything with a tall platform. For a more comfortable option, you can swap boots for black platform sneakers, which Ash has been seen in before.

Scene Queen

I hope you like the color pink because Scene Queen is the queen of flamboyant, bubblegum pink outfits to juxtapose her raunchy, heavy music!

Hair: If your hair is blonde, you don’t have to do any work. Otherwise, get a straight, mid-length blonde wig to recreate Scene Queen’s signature locks.

Makeup: She usually keeps her makeup simple with black winged eyeliner, a shimmering highlight in the inner corner of the eye, and a neutral pink lip color.

Wardrobe: The options are limitless depending on which hot pink apparel catches your eye. She is often seen in tiny mini skirts, hot shorts, and dresses. Pink crop tops are usually layered with strappy bralettes, full-length gloves, and shawls. Go crazy with the accessories by adding a pink cowboy hat or extra layers.

Shoes: Scene Queen loves buckle-laden knee-high boots and has a variety of options in pink and black. Platforms are frequently spotted on her, too.

Spencer Charnas — Ice Nine Kills

Spencer Charnas’  memorable Ice Nine Kills look combines the clean-cut business casual attire reminiscent of American Psycho with a horror metal edge. This is a great costume idea that can probably be done with items you already own!

Hair: Grab the hair gel and slick your hair back into Spencer’s suave style.

Makeup: Fake blood is all you need to embody Ice Nine Kills’ horror inspirations. Add some splatters to your face and shirt, or paint the band’s Roman numeral “IX” logo on you using the blood.

Wardrobe: Spencer is frequently seen wearing a white button-up shirt with black pants and suspenders. If you want to accessorize, add a red tie and Rayban wayfarer sunglasses.

Shoes: Simple black dress shoes will complete the costume!

Devin Papadol — Honey Revenge

If you’re looking for a costume that allows for maximum creativity and flexibility, Devin Papadol of Honey Revenge is the one for you! She rocks various colors and styles, and despite the diversity, all of her outfits have her signature pastel punk flair.

Hair: If Devin’s style can be summarized by one thing, it’s her pink her. Grab a curly neon pink wig, and you’re good to go.

Makeup: Her eyeliner is as sharp as her sassy lyrics. All you need is a matte black liquid eyeliner and aim the wing to the end of your eyebrow. You can use scotch tape to help guide the line and clean it up with micellar water and a Q-tip. For extra pizzazz, you can add pink eyeshadow on the eyelid. Pair it with a matte nude lipstick.

Wardrobe: One of Devin’s most frequent outfits includes a pastel-colored plaid skirt paired with a basic tank top. She is also a fan of colorful, bold pants and is frequently seen wearing pink and purple hues.

Shoes: In true pop-punk fashion, yellow or black Vans sneakers are Devin’s go-to kicks.

Chris Motionless — Motionless In White

Chris Motionless of Motionless In White embodies the Halloween spirit every single day. He switches up his style every day, and this creativity allows you to draw inspiration from an endless range of possibilities!

Hair: Slick your hair back with gel, and if you want to go the extra mile, you can buy temporary spray hair dye to transform your hair into Chris’ jet black locks.

Makeup: The options are endless. If you want to keep it simple, Chris is most frequently seen with smokey black eyeshadow around his eyes. You can also add a pop of red or purple to your lid. A pale foundation and a taupe contour stick for your cheekbones can help you recreate Chris’ ghostly complexion. Matte black lipstick is the finishing touch.

Wardrobe: Perhaps the easiest outfit to recreate is Chris’ spin on jeans and a T-shirt. Pick your favorite black band T-shirt (Chris has been spotted wearing classic black Nine Inch Nails and Eighteen Visions designs) and layer it with a long-sleeved fishnet shirt underneath. You can choose regular black jeans or spice it up with shiny black vinyl pants.

Shoes: Complete the ensemble with TUK creepers or platform boots.
