Lindsay Lohan checked out of Malibu, California’s Promises rehab facility on Friday after more than six weeks, according to People magazine.The actress celebrated the end of her 45-day stay by soberly partying with some friends at the Pure nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday night. She’d been scheduled to hold her 21st birthday party at the club on July 2 . Lindsay Lohan is now a Hollywood hyphenate. Lohan, the 18-year-old star of “Mean Girls,” “Freaky Friday” and “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen,” has signed a record deal with Tommy Mottola’s Casablanca Records. “It’s a long-term recording contract,” Peter LoFrumento, a representative for Casablanca’s parent company, Universal Music Group, told The Associated Press on Monday. Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden has allegedly gotten into the middle of the beef between Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff. Backstage at last Friday’s Z-100 Jingle Ball radio festival in New York, the pop-punk singer refused to give Lohan’s 8-year-old brother an autograph until she publicly apologized to Duff for their ongoing war of words, according to an eyewitness.
