Two East Coast emo and pop-punk acts just teamed up for the ultimate collab. New Jersey’s Northvale recruited The Dangerous Summer‘s own AJ Perdomo for their new track, “Already Dead.” However, this isn’t the only dazzling collaboration that Northvale has recently shared. In August 2024, the group worked alongside palettes‘ Adam Blasi for “Better When I Can.” Both tracks will appear on their upcoming debut album, which is due for release this winter. The Dangerous Summer frontman AJ Perdomo has announced that he is leaving the band.
idobi got the chance to catch up with AJ Perdomo, vocalist and bassist of The Dangerous Summer, to talk about the summer tour they just kicked off, writing for their new album, their current drummer situation, and more.
AJ Perdomo of The Dangerous Summer confirms that they are still a band, and opens up about why the band dropped off their tour with Hit The Lights. He also discusses writing new material, and touring plans for 2012.
