Earlier this summer, we had the marvelous Zoe Ko stop by the idobi Radio Studios in Los Angeles, CA, to hang out and play a game we call Truth Or Darts.
During her visit to the studio, she joked about what film her music could soundtrack, what her wholesome favorite movie is and the follow-up film that made her cry (TWICE—but same!!), and her greatest fear.
After revealing that she originally wanted to be a doctor when she was a kid, she also shares that she feels like she would have accidentally killed someone.
“To be honest, my very very first dream was to be a doctor,” she says. “Which is crazy because I would accidentally kill someone. So that’s good that I’m doing this [music] instead. Very immediately when I realized I liked singing and all things like that, I did want to be an artist. That’s never really changed.”
When discussing her greatest fear, she took the question “so literally” and shared that it would be being murdered. Again, same.
“Growing up in New York, I’ve been threatened by a knife or with a knife three times,” she shares. “There’s so many scary people on the subway all the time. So I don’t know. I was just like, ‘Damn, I don’t want to die.’”
