Riddlin’ Kids, the ferociously melodic powerpunk band from Austin, Texas, are preparing to start touring in earnest in anticipation of the June 4 release of Hurry Up And Wait, their album debut on Aware/Columbia Records. The train keeps a-rollin’ for Aerosmith, the bad boys of American rock ‘n’ roll, who are working on a slew of projects before returning to the concert circuit in the fall. California pop/rock outfit Sugar Ray is hitting a host of small U.S. college campuses on its spring tour, which will kick off with a Feb. 15-17 stand at Caesars Tahoe casino in Lake Tahoe, Nev. The jaunt comes in support of the group’s self-titled Lava/Atlantic album, which debuted at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 in June 2001. The single “When It’s Over” is No. 20 on Billboard’s Adult Top 40 chart this week. Sugar Ray have put together a string of tour dates at college campuses around the country behind their fourth album, last summer’s Sugar Ray. But before hitting institutions of higher learning, the band will play three shows at Caeser’s in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, beginning February 15th.
