More than a month after rumors of a Blink-182/Weezer tour started circulating, and less than a week after the All-American Rejects hinted they’d be joining the bill, we’ve finally gotten to the bottom of what’s sure to be one of the biggest rock tours of the summer. NEW YORK —  YouTube and Universal Music Group, the world’s largest music company, said on Thursday they will launch a premium music video Web site as they bid to increase revenue from YouTube ‘s huge usage. The new site will be called Vevo and is expected to launch in coming months, the companies said. The Fray just demoted the Boss. One week after Bruce Springsteen scored the first No. 1 debut of the year, the Denver rockers displaced him  with their eponymous sophomore release. The Fray sold 179,000 for the week ended Sunday,  per Nielsen SoundScan to 102,000 for Springsteen’s  Working on a Dream at No. 2. This year’s transformation of the annual Grammy Awards nominations announcement into a full-blown prime-time TV special could help provide a badly needed boost in sales at a difficult time for the music industry. But the December 3 “Grammy Nominations Concert Live!” telecast on CBS fell short of being a ratings winner.
