Eartheater Releases A Chill Cover Of System Of A Down’s “Chop Suey!”


Queens-based artist Eartheater contains multitudes. Her experimental electronic and folk-pop sensibilities shine across her five albums, and now her unique sound has taken on the iconic and heavy track “Chop Suey!” by System Of A Down.  Eartheater, aka Alexandra Drewchin, exchanged the progressive metal band’s signature harsh sonics and thrashy instrumentals for ethereal, whimsical choruses with subdued guitar strums and a euphoria-inducing conclusion. Soccer Mommy Covers Taylor Swift’s “I’m Only Me When I’m With You” With Indie Ease


Soccer Mommy, aka Nashville-based Sophie Allison, is always down to inject her melancholy indie-rock sensibilities into covers of her favorite tracks from other artists. Today, the artist shared her cover of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour surprise song “I’m Only Me When I’m With You” and announced Soccer Mommy’s forthcoming cover song EP Karaoke Night. Pure Noise Records Announces Stacked Cover Compilation


The Nashville-based punk rock label, Pure Noise Records has announced the second installment of their Dead Formats compilation albums. Dead Formats Vol. 2 will see many bands from the Pure Noise Records roster covering classic songs across the punk and rock genres. The album will drop on September 15th and holds an impressive fifteen tracks in total. So far, three tracks have dropped.
