The album features a second disc of demo versions in addition to the classic record – it offers a really unique look at how the songs formed into what we all know and love today.

Twin Atlantic want to be “Free”


U.K. band Twin Atlantic will release Free, the anticipated follow-up to 2009’s critically lauded mini-album Vivarium, digitally on May 3rd in the U.S. via Red Bull Records. Free was recorded at Red Bull Studios in Santa Monica , CA with legendary producer Gil Norton.

Apple Logic helps the Killers bridge Atlantic gap


Chart topping US alternative rockers The Killers resolved transatlantic recordings issues with the aid of Apple Logic Studio, with the band recording in Las Vegas while their producer work on tracks in London. With The Killers, Brandon Flowers, vocals and keyboards; Dave Keuning on guitar; Mark Stoermer on bass; and Ronnie Vannucci on drums, in Las Vegas and producer Stuart Price in London the latest album ‘Day & Age’ had to be put together from afar. Atlantic Records' digital sales surpass CDs


Since MP3s first became popular a decade ago, music industry executives have obsessed over this question: when would digital music revenue finally surpass compact disc sales? Springsteen Will Head to Atlantic City for Show


Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform March 7 at Boardwalk Hall, the Convention & Visitors Authority and Clear Channel Entertainment announced this week. “We’re very excited to bring Bruce Springsteen here,” Mark Juliano, the authority’s chairman, told The Press of Atlantic City for Thursday’s editions. “This is the first time he’ll be playing Atlantic City, and it’s very exciting to see New Jersey’s greatest artist come to its most historic venue. Tickets are $75. They’ll go on sale Saturday.

Silverchair Ready to Return With Atlantic Debut


Silverchair has completed work on their eagerly anticipated label debut. The album – titled “DIORAMA” – is currently slated to be released in North America on July 9th. Their first new album in three years, “DIORAMA” is unquestionably Silverchair’s most multi-dimensional work to date.
