Local bands, it’s that time of year again! The Vans Warped Tour Battle Of The Bands Voting started today. Bands have been emailing and messaging me about my take on entering the contest, *GASP* if I could vote for their band to play Date X on the tour, and if it’s “worth it”.
What appears to be a magazine ad featuring the leaked Warped Tour 2012 lineup has made its way onto the internet.

Since 1995 the Vans Warped Tour has brought hundreds of bands all around the country right into fans’ backyards. For many music lovers, the hype of Warped eclipses every other day of the year.
Vans Warped Tour 2011 kicks off today featuring the following bands, and dozens more: 3OH!3, A Day To Remember, Against Me!, Asking Alexandria, Attack Attack!, August Burns Red, D.R.U.G.S., Dance Gavin Dance, Every Avenue, Foxy Shazam, Gym Class Heroes, Jack’s Mannequin, Less Than Jake, Paramore, Pepper, Simple Plan, The Devil Wears Prada, The Ready Set, We Came As Romans, Winds Of Plague, and Yelawolf. idobi Radio will be at various dates throughout the tour to give you photos and the inside stories on bands sweating it out on the annual ultimate punk rock summer camp. It’s time for the summer and the Warped Tour so Josh is celebrating by playing some iconic Warped acts like Green Day, Unwritten Law, and Social Distortion.
Canadian pop punk favorites Sum 41 have announced that they will be playing select dates on this year’s Warped Tour.
