This week I have Jim and Han from the band Hot Milk from Manchester UK! I met them at this event I was throwing in L.A. called “Legends & Devils” at Grand Master Recordings, they stopped in at the club, and I saw Han was wearing this cool jacket, and I went up and started talk to them, and that’s how we became friends. I had them on the show when they were visiting America writing new music, and they stopped by Idobi and I got to learn all about them.

Daniel McCartney is back! It’s been two years since he first launched The Continuance Foundation, a non-profit organization on a mission to bring mental health services to musicians at no cost. Daniel has been working in the touring industry for years, and when he noticed a lack of resources and support for musicians and their mental health, he decided to do something about it. Since we spoke in 2020, the foundation has continued to evolve and grow with new services and programs. Daniel and I have benefited from various resources, so I hope you’ll support his efforts to provide a more profound conversation regarding mental health.
