Gunz had a chance to catch up with Soupy from The Wonder Years at the Long Island date of the Vans Warped Tour. The two talked the tour, how Soupy got a huge bruise on his leg, and what’s next for the band.
The Wonder Years’ third full-length The Greatest Generation proves once and for all that the band’s significance goes far beyond their infectious sound and tattoo-ready lyrics. The third in a trilogy, the album is made up of thirteen of the strongest and most meaningful songs the band has ever written, cementing them as one of the most important acts of this decade.

Many times switching labels involves a jump to what many call a ‘major’ and the re-release of an album to a much larger audience, this is not the case with The Wonder Years.
Taking a page out of the book of pop-punk veterans such as Saves the Day and fellow Philadelphia natives The Starting Line, The Wonder Years released its second full-length album aptly titled The Upsides January 26 through No Sleep Records.

At the 2025 VMAs this past weekend, YUNGBLUD joined Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and Nuno Bettencourt to honor Ozzy Osbourne—The Prince of Darkness—through the thing he loved most: music. Following their monumental performance at Warped Tour’s return weekend, Motion City Soundtrack has announced their first full-length since the release of their 2015 album. Titled The Same Old Wasted Wonderful World, the record is slated to arrive on September 19 via Epitaph Records. The 11-track collection will feature special guest performances from Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy), Mat Kerekes (Citizen), and Sincere Engineer. Slated to kick off later this summer, the tour aims to celebrate the release of their forthcoming album, Attack Attack II, which will drop on August 8.
