The emo cover of the century has just dropped. Anthony Green (Circa Survive, Saosin, The Sound of Animals Fighting, L.S. Dunes) covered Title Fight‘s “Numb, But I Still Feel It.” The track comes from Title Fight’s 2012 record Floral Green. In Green‘s cover, he softens the punk edges of the OG track with his iconic psychedelic rock sonics and glowing vocals. Kicking off an explosive debut night at the idobi Radio Summer School Tour, Magnolia Park brought their high-octane energy to Cleveland, OH. They performed their latest single, “Shallow,” as well as “Animal,” “Do Or Die,” and more. Kicking off the tour, Letdown. ignited the stage with the anthemic and thunderous “Karma” before debuting a new, unreleased track titled “Bad Childhood.” Opening through rhythmic drums and guitar, Letdown. vocalist Blake Coddington sings, “My mama left home and drove away/And I think she’s not coming back/And I got kicked out of school that day/And I don’t think anyone cared.” As the track inches toward the explosive chorus, the melancholic theme is juxtaposed by a Letdown.’s infectious delivery.
