The band mostly known for a cover of Lil Wayne’s “Lollipop†has released its sophomore album, and unfortunately the original tunes fall a little short.
“You made your point when you said we fell apart / I had my words all chosen carefully / I broke your heart so gracefully†are merely a sampling of the lyrics that not so subtly transmit the angry barbs that populate Every You’s debut EP, A Change of Scene.
After revealing “Broken By Design,” “WIRED,” and “The Way I Feel,” Basement dropped “Head Alight” with an accompanying music video. All single releases are set to appear on their upcoming album WIRED, due out May 8, via Run For Cover Records. The Story So Far has announced a wild fall tour lineup featuring The Starting Line and Ultra Q. The band will head out on a brief run across North America this fall, hitting venues in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ontario, and concluding in Arizona. Ahead of their fall run, the band will be performing at multiple festivals, including Sonic Temple, Rock im Park, Rock am Ring, Warped tour in Washington DC and Long Beach, Lollapalooza, and Aftershock.
