Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has officially announced their 2025 lineup, and it is rife with amazing alternative rock talent. Taking place on June 12-15 in Manchester, Tennessee, the fest boasts dazzling headliners, including Olivia Rodrigo and Avril Lavigne on Saturday night. Other standout artists include Hot Mulligan, Insane Clown Posse, Jack’s Mannequin, Bilmuri, and more. The pop-punk kids are certainly in for a good time. Ahead of the release of their sophomore album, Violet, arriving via Fantasy Records on January 31, L.S. Dunes has unleashed the captivating title track. The atmospheric track draws on the group’s collective prowess, showcasing the strength that binds them beyond the lackluster definition of a “supergroup.” Originally a Frank Iero-written demo, the track is underscored by vocalist Anthony Green’s enthralling delivery and a driving rhythm guitar line. Japanese Breakfast, led by Michelle Zauner (formerly of the emo outfit Little Big League), has officially unveiled their fourth album, For Melancholy Brunettes (& sad women), alongside the captivating lead single, “Orlando In Love.” Slated to arrive on March 21 via Dead Oceans, this 10-track project marks the band’s first proper studio album and will feature a surprise guest spot from Jeff Bridges on the track “Men In Bars.” Listen to “Orlando In Love” below. As It Is just dropped a new teaser video on Instagram and TikTok sharing that they’re releasing a new version of “Dial Tones.” This time, the Never Happy, Ever After track contains a mystery featured guest artist. The teaser video sees the song in its more mature form with refined pop-punk sonics—after all, it’s been an entire decade. (Insert crying emoji here.) Ahead of their massive 25th anniversary tour, The Used announced that they’re releasing a 25 Year Anniversary Collectors Box Set. In it, the band features three albums: The Used (2002), In Love And Death (2004) and Lies For The Liars (2007) with reimagined artwork. Artists Cam Rackam, Alex Pardee, and Craola all offered their own unique interpretations of the iconic pieces of album art. The full box set is available on The Used website for $150.
