The 33rd annual CMJ Music Marathon will take place in New York City October 15th-19th. The event, which spans across 80 venues, aims to break new artists as well as feature established artists. Acts playing the festival this year include You Me At Six, The Sounds, The Dismemberment Plan, NGHBRS, Echosmith, Braid, and more. At long last, Broadside has made their dazzling return with new album, Nowhere, At Last, out everywhere via Thriller Records. Featuring singles such as “Control Freak,” “Dark Passenger,” and “I Think They Know,” Broadside has also dropped a new music video for “Dead Roses” alongside the LP release. This marks their first record since 2023’s Hotel Bleu. The band says, “We’ve been working on this album for the last year and a half, trying to make something undeniable. The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus has just revealed their new music video for “Perfection.” Excitingly, the raw video was directed by Shane Drake, aka the artist who also worked on “False Pretense” and “Your Guardian Angel.” The track originally appears on the band’s brand new record X’s For Eyes.
