Essence has released exclusive audio recorded during a conversational interview of Sean “P. Diddy” Combs with his friend and writer Dream Hampton for the May Cover Issue. Thank you, Tom DeLonge, for naming that thing we all knew existed but didn’t know what to call it. The National Music Lovers Index, you know, that thing where songs are starting to get noticed and played. They start floating around playlists and being shared on social media. Tool has announced a release date for their new album. The band finally became available on Spotify after years of their fans being digitally deprived. Looks like the streaming platform upgrade comes just in time for new music. Since the release of 10,000 days in 2006 rock fans have been waiting for more Tool. August 30th the wait is over. During the band’s May 7th show in Birmingham Alabama they made the announcement and encouraged show goers to share through social media. With songs like “Invincible” and “Descending” from their Welcome to Rockville set, we are eager to hear more.
