This week Hope of the New York-based electronic alt-rock band VISTA called in. What a treat! Hope explained the thought process behind their ambitious EP trilogy and how she uses all her life experiences to create and connect. Hope shared how she takes care of herself on the road, how she’s overcome obstacles within her band to ultimately get to where they are today, and gave some excellent advice for dealing with tension within a family unit.
