Erin Morrissey is the creator of the food blog Erin Lives Whole. I discovered Erin’s Instagram page because I was looking for new recipes with an emphasis on health, not restrictions. I may have been drawn to her buffalo cauliflower, but once I started to see Erin share her journey and recovering from an eating disorder I took a closer look. Erin has changed her relationship with food through her blog and sharing her story. I’m honored to have her on the podcast.
