In the past few years, Harrisburg, PA’s Koji has become just as well-known for his activism, unrelenting positivity, and the intimacy of his live shows as he has for his recorded music. He just arrived home from an extensive North American co-headliner with labelmates Turnover, and idobi editor Eleanor Grace caught up with him at one of the tour’s final dates to talk about how the past two months on the road have treated him, working with a full band, his thoughts on the scene, and how this tour has seen him reclaim his voice.

N.Y. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Annex set to close


NEW YORK – Barely a year after it opened in Soho, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum’s New York annex is closing. The Cleveland-based parent Hall of Fame confirmed Friday that its New York affiliate, which required a $9 million investment and was part of a broader expansion plan, will shut its doors on Jan. 3.

Skindred Heads Out On Sevendust Tour


New York, Ny – U.K. ragga-metal hybrid Skindred, who are currently on a packed-house tour with Papa Roach, will hit the road with Sevendust following. The U.K. lads will continue to support their Lava Records debut album Babylon, which has captured the #1 spot on the Reggae chart for 10 weeks, selling over 100,000 copies to date. Linkin Park Rocks the Year-End Chart


Linkin Park has proved itself impervious to critics, genres and the rest of the competition on the Modern Rock Tracks chart, as the juggernaut of its “Meteora” album (Warner Bros.) continues its momentum from last year. Four songs from the band’s sophomore album charted on the year-end Modern Rock Tracks recap, with three finishing in the top 10.
