Aerosmith and Kiss launched their coheadlining tour on Saturday (August 2) at the Ctnow.com Meadows Music Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Arista recording artist Avril Lavigne’s Try To Shut Me Up Digital Download EP, her first official commercially released live concert tracks, became the #1 best-seller overnight following its July 15th launch on the Apple iTunes Store, it was announced today by Antonio “L.A.” Reid, president and CEO, Arista Records. The Donnas are in Los Angeles shooting a music video for a remixed version of their song “Too Bad About Your Girl,” which appears on the band’s latest album, Spend The Night. The track was remixed for the soundtrack to the film Grind, which opens August 15. The soundtrack hits stores on August 12.
