Arriving just in time for summer, The Only Place offers effortless listening for those sunny days at the beach and the simple yet relatable lyrics that Best Coast does best.
Intergalactic rappers the Beastie Boys are making a planetary return. Mix Master Mike, the trio’s DJ since 1998’s Hello Nasty, said the group has prepared some sci-fi beats for its venture back to the studio this spring. “We’re in our space suits right now, flying around in our pods, checking all the incubators,” Mike said during a break in his DJ set Wednesday at E!’s Sizzlin’ 16 Party in Hollywood. “All the beats we’ve designed are all eggs right now, so we’re waiting for the fetuses to hatch. The nerds are on the Beast Coast and ready for action! We went to a couple dispensaries on the east coast, caught up with old friends and smoked our way through the weekend and we can’t wait to tell you all about it! We start in NYC at The Travel Agency and then head over to Cookies Harrison, and our bounty is abundant. The NYC market is poppin’, and we are super stoked about it. The good news ends there though, because we have some Glasshouse and Off The Charts stories to go over, it can’t all be sunshine and medicated lollipops! But don’t panic! It’s organic!
Today the nerds start out with Sasha’s review on the Cookies Store in Harrison, NJ! With no idea that there was an actual recreational Cookies spot in Jersey, Sasha set out on an adventure to find reliable terpy cannabis, while she’s on her visit to the East Coast and she may have found it!
The Nerds may not be together physically but they sure are synced up stoner-ly! We start out the show talking about what we’re smokin’ on, Sasha on the East Coast and TS on the West Coast, and then get right into the big story of the day apparently–the risk of stroke and heart disease with cannabis.
The Nerds are together again on the Beast Coast ready to tackle all things East Coast Cannabis! Ok, we’ll stop saying Beast Coast. But seriously, we had an amazing time!
We’re back with another episode of The Gunz Show! Mod Sun and Shawne Merriman join the mic in the latest podcast.
When Mod Sun calls in to catch up with Gunz, the two have a lot to talk about. Between looking back on his career and looking ahead to a new era of Mod Sun, Gunz is giving us an in depth look at the artist.
Later, Shawne Merriman braves the East Coast chill to visit Gunz in studio. While they discuss sports, they touch on MMA, broadcasting, and the possibility of tanking.
This week my east coast buddy Christian Wagner called in!
