Sharon Osbourne seems to be doing well following her first session of chemotherapy Monday, with husband Ozzy by her side. She’s in “very good spirits – she’s very upbeat,” the Osbournes’ spokesperson told USA Today. Sharon’s three-month chemo prescription is treating the cancer that was initially thought to be confined to her colon, but following an operation, was found to have spread. She was first diagnosed with the disease earlier this month. Black Crowes Get Plastered At Rockwalk


Rock band the Black Crowes, who kicked off a North American tour with Oasis last weekend, took time out Monday to immortalize their handprints in concrete. Rob Zombie Announces Original Bassist, Blasko, Is Back After Piggy D.’s Departure


Longtime bassist Piggy D. announced that he’s officially parted ways with Rob Zombie and co. In the wake of his absence, the original member of the lineup, Rob “Blasko” Nicholson, rejoins the outfit. Blasko left in 2006, with Piggy D. replacing him, when he linked up with Ozzy Osbourne’s ensemble. ‘The Conjuring’ Actress Vera Farmiga Covers Slipknot’s “Duality” At Rock Academy


While Vera Farmiga may be known for being a horror icon on the silver screen in ‘The Conjuring’ film franchise and ‘Bates Motel’ TV series, she also has a deep-rooted passion and connection to the music industry. Farmiga’s husband, Renn Hawkey, rose to prominence as the synthesizer player of the nu-metal group Deadsy in the mid-90s.
