Web music service Pressplay in deal with Zomba


Online subscription music service Pressplay said Monday it signed a deal to distribute music from independent label Zomba Recording Corp., whose actsinclude Britney Spears, ‘NSYNC. the Backstreet Boys, R. Kelly and “Weird” Al Yankovic. Los Angeles- and New York-based Pressplay is a joint venture of Sony Music Entertainment, a unit of Sony Corp. and Universal Music Group, a unit of Vivendi Universal.
