Eminem, who is also known as Slim Shady, is presently facing a lawsuit from a Nevada-based sports apparel company over the usage of the name Shady Ltd. for the rapper’s new clothing line, according to the Detroit Free Press. Shady Inc., a Nevada company that sells t-shirts and hats in Nevada stores and via the Internet, maintains that they’ve been using the name since 1999 and that they had it trademarked in 2001. One of the members of ‘N Sync has a new career option if he ever gets tired of music – acting. Joey Fatone has a role in the new film “My Big, Fat Greek Wedding,” and he really enjoyed the experience. “Obviously ‘N Sync comes first,” Fatone said. George Lucas will kill of NSYNC in the upcoming Star Wars prequel “Attack of the Clones”. Lucas has cast the boyband for literally half a second in a cameo role for the next Star Wars movie. The members of NSYNC will each play Jedi Knights in the arena battle on Geonosis but you will need to wait for the flick to come out on DVD and then use your freeze frame to see them. ‘NSYNC, Creed, Dave Matthews Band, Marc Anthony and Foo Fighters are among the artists scheduled to perform during a series of 16 nightly concerts at the Olympic Winter Games in February. The Hallmark Olympic Celebration Series will also feature Stone Temple Pilots, Sheryl Crow, Barenaked Ladies, Smash Mouth and Train, the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 (SLOC) announced Tuesday (December 18).
