Courtney Love, who has been in entertainment headlines regularly over the last couple of months, has been in a drug and substance rehabilitation centre for the last two weeks, according to her lawyer. Limp Bizkit has canceled the Southeast Asian leg of their world tour, citing terrorism fears in the region, local media reported Wednesday. “The band wishes to extend their deepest apologies to their fans in Southeast Asia and promise to return once security for their fans can be assured,” concert promoter Michael Hosking told the Straits Times newspaper. Guarini Reportedly Dropped by RCA


Justin Guarini, the second-place finalist for the first season of “American Idol,” has reportedly been dropped by RCA. The label, which no longer lists him on its Web site, declined comment. Guarini’s eponymous debut album has sold 134,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan. By contrast, the debut from first-season “Idol” winner Kelly Clarkson, “Thankful,” has sold 1.7 million copies. Napster, Penn State Unveil Online Music Deal


In a move aimed at stemming wide-scale online piracy on college campuses, Penn State University on Thursday reached a deal to offer thousands of students free access to the Napster music service.
