Watch Milo Ventimiglia + His Dog Go Racing Together in ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’ Trailer

L-R: “Enzo” and Milo Ventimiglia in Twentieth Century Fox’s, THE ART OF RACING IN THE RAIN

20th Century Fox just had a winning idea: They’re putting out a film starring Milo Ventimiglia and his pet dog—which is voiced by Kevin Costner (as if you weren’t sold already). The Art of Racing in the Rain follows the goodest boy named Enzo (Costner) who’s the passenger-seat-doggo in the wild journey of aspiring Formula One driver Denny Swift (Ventimiglia) and his family, Denny’s wife Eve (Amanda Seyfried) and their young daughter Zoe (Ryan Kiera Armstrong).

The newly-released trailer will pull at your heartstrings and make you wanna go pet the nearest pup in your life. It looks like a beautiful story of love between a dog, his family, and the open road. The Art of Racing in the Rain hits theaters on August 9th—grab some tissues and some chocolate, this one’s gonna be full of feels.
