After teasing something revolving around their seminal album, White Noise, on their social media channels last week, PVRIS announces the White Noise 10 Year Anniversary Tour. The first wave of the tour will hit four major cities across the States before heading overseas to Europe. Additionally, the set each evening will be divided into two acts: Act 1 featuring White Noise performed front to back, and Act 2 featuring a special setlist consisting of songs spanning the PVRIS catalog.
PVRIS shares on Instagram, “Can’t believe so many of you resonated with this album 10 years ago and still do 10 years later. (And can’t believe no one ever got me a stylist to save me the embarrassment of looking back on so many hair/outfit choices haha). Never would have imagined when this album was being made in a studio the size of a closet that it would have the impact that it has had over the years. This album has done so much for all of those involved, created the most beautiful community and paved the way for so many amazing connections, friendships, art, music, etc. for those who have connected with it. A proper celebration calls for a White Noise 10 Year Anniversary Tour. This isn’t just a celebration of the album, this is a celebration of all of you.”
They add, “More dates will be announced in the future (some are not allowed to be announced yet) so if there’s any cities you think should be on there (you’re right!) they will be on there soon!”
