Current ABC correspondent for “World News Now” and former MTV news reporter Alison Stewart takes a seat at Oxygen as celebrity guest host of “Pure Oxygen” live on Thursday, April 25, followed by a taped episode on Friday, April 26.
Ms. Stewart will guest host both shows of the news magazine series along with host and comedian Stephanie Miller.
As guest host of the daily 30-minute program, Ms. Stewart will interview (airing Friday) British actress Alex Kingston who will bespeaking about her starring role as Dr. Elizabeth Corday on NBC’s hospital drama “ER.” Also on Friday, “Pure Oxygen” will welcome musical guest “Mrs. Robinson,” a rock trio of suburban mothers who will be performing on the studio set. On Thursday actress Jami Gertz will visit the show to discuss her latest ABC project “Gilda Radner: It’s Always Something.”
“Pure Oxygen” is a daily 30-minute magazine show hosted by Ms. Miller providing viewers a taste of what women are talking about from the world of entertainment, politics, sports and business. The show has lively topical segments each day including critically acclaimed from The Washington Times political round table discussion “She-Span.”
