The Coronavirus claims more shows; Yungblud has cancelled the Asia dates of his tour. He joined the ranks of artists cautiously cancelling tour dates on Tuesday March 3, 2020. He took to instagram with a heartfelt announcement that follows in the footsteps of Greenday, Avril Lavigne, BTS, Marilyn Manson, Jimmy Eat World, and Set It Off. Even Disney has postponed the Chinese theatrical release of Mulan.
The Coronavirus is spreading worldwide but has yet to be labeled a pandemic. There are many unknowns about the novel Coronavirus or COVID-19, the official name, but the most effective ways to protect yourself and others are to frequently clean your hands, cover your cough with the bend of elbow or tissue and maintain a distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet) from people who are coughing or sneezing. World governments, save for that of the United States, continue to implement more wide spread testing and greater precautions. We are sure to see more cancellations of non-essential events, though, at this time, the 2020 summer Olympic Games have not been cancelled or postponed.
