Following a handful of singles, Bayside vocalist Anthony Raneri has released his alt-country solo EP, Everyday Royalty, via Equal Vision Records. In addition to the arrival of his 7-track collection, Raneri has also unleashed the official music video for the focus track, “Over Time.”

“Most of this record came from getting into a room with friends and working on songs for fun, then walking out with a lot of cool material without really even planning on it,” Raneri shares in a press release. “It reminded me of when I first started out and everything was 100 percent DIY—I was just doing what felt exciting, with absolutely no rules.”

Woven together with layers of acoustic guitars and glimmers of country-inspired twang, Raneri’s vocals cut through with clarity and emotion. The lush instrumentation creates a warm ambiance, with each chord emitting a sense of nostalgia and hopefulness. Raneri sings across the chorus, “I don’t worry about the weather/‘Cause I think it’s getting better over time.” Listen to “Over Time” below.

Raneri is currently on the road with Nate Bergman and Brother Bird. Check out the full list of tour dates below and secure your tickets here.
